The Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Northern
District of New York is seeking applicants for the
position of Research and Writing Attorney for its
Syracuse, NewYork office. The Research and
Writing Attorney provides advanced research
and writing services to assistant federal defender
staff on trial and appellate cases. The Research
and Writing Specialist writes briefs, motions,
petitions for certiorari, and legal memoranda.
