The New York State Education Department is seeking applications from individuals to serve as impartial hearing officers (IHOs) to conduct special education impartial due process hearings for students with disabilities, 3-21 years of age pursuant to section 200.1(x) of the Regulations of the Commissioner of Education. Interested individuals should submit a letter of interest, completed application and resume no later than July 30, 2014.
