Panelist:

Deb Volberg Pagnotta, J.D., is CEO of diversityDNA llc, and Interfacet, Inc., both New York-based consultancies which provide services to help people communicate to connect. Ms. Pagnotta recently founded Storyweavers™, a project providing a series of curated and open mike story events throughout NY. Ms. Pagnotta is an adjunct instructor in the Humanities Department at Norwalk Community College, where she is the first recipient of NCC’s Center for Escellence teaching award. She delivered a TEDxNCC talk (Diversity: Connections Not Categories) in 2014, and ran the Got Ideas Entrepreneurial Contest (2015) and the Juried Story Slam (2016). An instructor at Iona College from 2009-20115, she founded and ran the annual Student Story Slam (6 times) and in 2013 received the Junior Faculty Award for excellence in teaching. Her courses range from Intercultural Communication, Public Speaking, and Persuasion, to Interpersonal Communication, and Technology, Communication and Society.
