NOTE: A group asked me to give them some comments on whether to upgrade to Windows 10 now or later. I did some research and and provided them a short paper with some links included. Word got out and I have already been asked to email that paper a few times so I am posting it here. The links were visible to allow someone to still have them if it was printed on paper.
