Stephen P. Gallagher, master of science in organizational development, is president of Leadershipcoach.us, an executive coaching company headquartered in Narberth, Pa. Stephen concentrates his practice on transition/succession planning for lawyers. This article was prepared with cooperation and support from Leonard E. Sienko Jr., a lifelong friend and a sole practitioner at The Sienko Law Office in Hancock, N.Y.
