  1. Hey Lenny,

Thanks a bunch for the write up on your blog. How did you find us, and how are you using the service? Its always great to hear from users :).

    All the best,

  2. I appreciated your comment on the Minn. atty and looked up your website. I had always idealized solo practice in a quiet rural upstate NY town, something about meeting clients in the diner, and being a family counselor, but in Brooklyn it’s not quite working out that way. Congrats on doing it since 1978.
I will read your round-up, because as you know, I don’t have time to read full court opinions anymore (let alone anything as a past time) –

    1. Glad to have you aboard.

The problem with meeting clients in the diner is that you can’t really talk as everyone is listening. [grin] Yes, I’m actually serving as Law Guardian for the 3rd generation of some families. I’m not certain if that is success or failure?

When you’ve saved enough money form your Brooklyn practice, I have an office building and a house, I would love to sell you. {Wide GRIN]

  3. Hi Lenny Esq.,

I caught your blog in a search for legal ethics topics. I’m looking to put together about 12 CLE’s this year. Would love to have you either as a speaker or contributor of ideas! Please contact me at your earliest convenience.
