Webinar: Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016, 10:30 AM- 12:00 PM
New York State is developing resources to help municipalities add zero emission vehicles(ZEVs) to their fleets and install more fueling stations for ZEVs. Such support is critical to meeting state greenhouse gas reduction goals; switching from gasoline-powered vehicles to electric vehicles in New York State could reduce emissions by as much as 75% per mile.
Attend this Climate Smart Communities webinar to learn about some of the ways that New York State is supporting municipalities’ efforts to increase ZEV adoption. Speakers will provide information on ZEV programs that are part of the 2016-2017 Environmental Protection Fund and on upcoming Drive Electric Week events, which start on September 10.
