In preparation for an annual report on the subject of electronic filing (“e-filing”), to be submitted to the Chief Judge, the Governor, and the Legislature, the Chief Administrative Judge is seeking comments from the public addressing users’ experience with the Unified Court System’s e-filing system. Observations and recommendations on this subject are welcome from attorneys, litigants, and other members of the public.

Submitted comments will be subject to public disclosure under the Freedom of Information Law, and may be posted on the UCS public website.
