Cameras in Court Pilot Project Now Has 70 Videos Online

The federal judiciary’s digital video pilot, which started in July, now
has posted some 70 videos of various courtroom proceedings in eight
separate cases.
In all, 14 federal trial courts are participating in the three-year
experiment.
The pilot is limited to civil, not criminal, cases. No proceedings may
be recorded without the approval of the presiding judge and the consent
of the parties. The recordings are posted on this website and also may
be posted on the participating court’s website.
